RECIPE: How To Make Birthday Cake, Ingredients, Preparation Procedure

Birthday cakes as the name implies, are cakes used at birthdays. Read below the preparation procedure (steps) and ingredients for making birthday cakes.

 

Birthday Cake Required Ingredients

The following ingredients are required for making birthday cakes:

1.     Four cups of flour

2.     5 pieces of eggs

3.     ½ teaspoonful of baking powder

4.     1 teaspoonful of preservative

5.     5 table spoons of sugar and mix fruit

6.     1 sachet of butter

7.     1 teaspoonful of browning (colour)

8.     2-3 seeds of ground nutmeg

9.     2 teaspoonfuls of flavor

10. 2 drops of vanilla flavour

Procedure for Preparation (How to Make Birthday Cake Proper)

1.     Mix one sachet of butter with 5 tablespoons of sugar and stir, till mixed properly.

2.     Break 5 pieces of egg into a bowl, mix/stir very well, then pour into the mixture of sugar and butter and mix them together.

3.     Fetch four cuts of flour, and add to the mixture of butter, sugar and egg gradually. Keep stirring while adding to mix properly.

4.     Add a little drop of liquid colour (browning),  1 nut of ground nutmeg, half teaspoonful of baking powder, 2 drops of vanilla flavor, and 1 teaspoonful of preservative.

5.     Mix-fruit should be soaked in water overnight prior to cake preparation day to enable it get softer. Now add mix-fruit and mix together.

6.     Greese cake pan with butter or groundnut oil

7.     Pour the mixture into the greesed pan and bake for about 30 – 40 minutes.
