Yes, the icon that resembles a phone line receiver at the top right corner of the screen.

To see this icon, you'll have to tap the name or phone number of the person you wish to call first.

This opens your previous conversation history with that person if any.

From this interface, you'll see the phone receiver icon.

Simply tap that icon to place a voice call to the person.

While making voice calls on WhatsApp, please note that WhatsApp voice calls presently has a few glitches which include intermittent muting or silence, and the inability to hear the other person at the other end of the call.

Also, WhatsApp calls will be muted, and you won't be able to hear the other party when a normal call enters your phone.
