New USSD Code For Checking 9Mobile (Etisalat) Data Balance

It is important to check the data balance on your sim so you can know the status of your data bundle. 9Mobile/Etisalat has a way for checking this via USSD code.

The old method for checking your Etisalat or 9Mobile data balance is by dialing *228# and sending it from your Etisalat line. However, this method is no longer working in 2023 especially since migration of USSD codes occured on Nigerian telecommunications networks recently.

The new way to check this is also pretty simple.

Dial *323# from your 9mobile line. You will receive a notification thus: Your request is processing, please wait. The system will reply to you via SMS.

Go over to your SMS inbox and check your data balance via the SMS that was sent to your line from 9mobile.
